Job Description
Infosys is seeking an Azure Data Platform Engineer. This positions primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for daytoday deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will assist in the technical design of Azure Data Platforms; builds automations integrate Data products through automation understands data security retention and recovery. The role holder should be able to research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions & should contribute to technologyspecific best practices & standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment including reliability costeffectiveness performance data integrity maintainability and scalability; contributes expertise on significant application components program languages databases operating systems etc. and guides/mentors the team during the build and test phases.
RequiredQualifications
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
- At least 3years of experience in Python
- Strong Experience in Python Ansible Terraform.
- Strongexperience in Python scripting Terraform in bringing up Azure Platform.
- Strong experience inAzure Data Services ADF Azure Data Bricks Open AI

Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant experience writing Hashi Corp Terraform configurations and modules. Proficient in translating designs into fully developed Terraform code
- Experience in programming and infraautomation tools Terraform Ansible Python etc.
- Experience in DevOps models with infraascode configascode policyascode etc. Experience in Kubernetes is a plus
- Understanding of Azure data analytics technologies including Azure Data Factory Azure Databricks Azure Open AI. Azure data services deployment experience.
- Experience in enterprisescale environments building highly available IaaS and PaaS solutions
- Understanding of landing zones cloudnative security monitoring and logging tools and wellarchitected Framework principals
- Proficient in at least one scripting language (i.e. Bash Python)
- Strong analytical problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills with ability to work in a global team
- Experience in Banking and Finance domain.
- Experience with Agile Development SCRUM or Extreme Programming methodologies.
- Strong problem solving analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication ability to multitask work well under demanding situations prioritize and meet deadline
