Job Description
- Audit commission and revenue data for accuracy and compliance
- Track and report carrier revenue across multiple product lines
- Maintain and update bonus calculation sheets
- Monitor trail commissions and ensure accurate tracking
- Partner with the Sales Team on carrier agreements and data validation
- Create and manage financial reports and dashboards
- Analyze financial trends and deliver actionable insights
- Support monthly quarterly and adhoc financial reporting
- Assist with annual budgeting and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards
- 5 years experience in finance or accounting preferably with commissionbased operations in the financial services industry
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting business or related field
- Proficiency in Excel including formula creation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Independent selfmotivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive financial data
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
