Deputy Site Lead

Job Summary: Acting as deputy to the Site Lead you will be directly supporting the management of a portfolio of properties leading a team of professionals and ensuring the seamless delivery of highquality facilities management and small work project services to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and foster strong relationships with key clients understanding their specific requirements and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Become a key point of contact for clients addressing their concerns resolving issues and delivering superior service.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead a team of facility managers small work project managers and associated IFM support staff fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
• Provide direction guidance and mentorship to team members enabling their professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations establish clear goals and ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations.

Facilities Management:

• Develop and implement robust facilities management strategies policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations across the portfolio.
• Oversee daytoday facility operations including maintenance repairs budgets and vendor management.
• Monitor key performance indicators identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to optimize facility performance.

Small Works Project Management:

• Oversee a Small Works team who deliver a diverse range of projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Where required collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scope objectives and budgets.

Financial Management:

• Supporting the Site Lead understand annual budgets for facilities management and related activities.
• Supporting the Site Lead monitor financial performance identify costsaving opportunities and implement strategies to enhance profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering Facility Management Construction Management or any related field.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in facilities management and project management roles preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and people skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Solid financial acumen and experience in budgeting forecasting and cost control.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to drive innovative solutions.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Professional certifications such as CFM PMP or MRICS are highly desirable.
