At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
In SAP technology at PwC you will specialise in utilising and managing SAP software and solutions within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation configuration administration development and support of SAP products and technologies.

You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Job Description: SAP Projects System (PS)
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP Project Systems.
- Understand client requirements provide solutions functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
- Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
- Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visios for the clients proposed business processes.
- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
- Ability to configure SAP PS (Project Systems) and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Clients Standards & Requirements.
- Ability to handle SAP CO along with SAP PS to meet the business requirements.
- Strong configuration hands on experience in Project Systems.
- Integration of the PS module with other SAP modules and with external applications.
- In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation:
- Unit Testing Cycle Testing
- Integration Testing
- User Manual Preparation
- User Support activities
- Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies
- Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
- Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
- Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
Skills/Experience Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
- 6 to 8 years of functional domain experience and 6 to 8 years of working on the PS module in SAP implementation projects and hands on experience with Accounting and CO is a must.
- Implementation experience should be in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6 would be a plus
- Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the PS module:
- Create project structures such as WBS Network and Activities etc.
- Plan costs for projects
- Resource Planning
- Create Project Forecasts
- Revenue Planning
- Confirmation via CATS
- Create Billing Plans
- Transfer Prices for Projects
- Resource Related Billing
- Project Payments
- Create Project versions
- Track project progress
- Workflow in PS
- Assembly Processing in PS
- Customer Projects
- Accounting Billing based activity Allocation
- Milestone Billing
- Should have good written and oral communication skills
- Must be a good team player
Familiarity on the business processes with the following Functional Areas:
- SAP FI/CO
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP HR
NICE TO HAVE
- SAP Certification on PS Module and FICO Module
- Used Solution Manager in the implementation
- Worked on integration with other modules like FI/CO IM MM SD PM HR
- Experience in Collaboration Projects is added advantage
- Training / Awareness on Net Weaver Components
