Job Description

Join our growing team as a Senior Manager in the Sales organization focusing on Global Key Accounts. The ideal candidate is a growthoriented selfstarter who is driven to quickly become a resident expert regarding industry trends and analysis. This is a strategically important customerfacing role and your expertise will help create and apply innovative solutions that grow the companys business. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop growthoriented strategies and tactics for the global marketplace prioritizing relationships salesand profitability.
  • Partner with R&D marketing and the sales team to identify and deliver product ideas and collaborate on trends products concepts and product uses.
  • Foster relationshipswith new and existing Key Account customers identifying needs and providing appropriate product recommendations to grow business opportunities.
  • Analyze and understand global market and competitor trends to become an industry expert. Use knowledge to identify sales opportunities uncover new target markets monitor competitor activity and develop and implement appropriate response strategies.
  • Create and present compelling sales presentations.
  • Actively support and engagewith a highly knowledgeable multidisciplinary team focused on international sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree (Food Science or Businesspreferred).
  • At least 8years of experience in Technical Sales Account Management and/or New Business Development within the food/ingredient industry.
  • Track record of successful results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Must be able travel at least 50 both domestic and internationally.
