Your mission

• Develop coordinate and roll out the brand and communication strategy across different channels (e.g. social media website print blog posts mailings monthly newsletters paid advertisement) to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Ensure website design and (SEO) optimisation enhancing user experience improving lead generation and boosting conversion rates.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns utilising A/B testing SEA and data analytics for performance optimisation.
• Create dashboards to effectively manage the marketing funnel and track campaign effectiveness providing regular reports using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce.
• Assist clients in leveraging the benefits of achieving a Great Place to Work certification. Including handling all aspects of our merchandising from planning to client delivery.
• Organise and communicate about Great Place to Work events such as our Best Workplaces award event network events inspiration sessions weekly infosessions etc.
• Act as the primary contact for media partners managing media relations and collaborating on joint marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Business Developer to ensure strong synergy between Sales and Marketing. Occasionally conducting first introduction meetings with clients presenting our services on info sessions.
• Be the SPOC for the international GPTW marketing team and liaise on regular basis with the international colleagues during collaborative events meetings or on campaigns.

You

• Have a solid marketing experience preferably supported by a marketing degree to effectively plan and execute (digital) marketing strategies across various channels.
• Are able to optimise website content for better search engine rankings and organic traffic through both SEO and SEA.
• Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and improve marketing performance.
• Can create and manage engaging content for social media and other platforms.
• Are energetic entrepreneurial customeroriented and have a growth mindset.
• Love building a great brand and get energised from reaching targets as a team.
• Have the ability to work independently while also enjoying working in a team and being flexible to help team members wherever necessary.
• Can communicate effectively in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Show interest in company culture and HR topics.
