About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Category Manager to play a key role in shaping our product and service portfolio driving market share growth profitability and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong blend of commercial analytical and operational expertise along with the ability to manage suppliers and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

What you will do:

As a Senior Category Manager you will take ownership of our hearing aid accessories and service portfolio ensuring it remains competitive and customerfocused while aligning with business goals and market trends. You will develop and implement pricing strategies promotional plans and category roadmaps to drive growth and maximise customer engagement and profitability. Using datadriven insights you will analyse category performance forecast demand and make informed decisions to strengthen Boots Hearingcares market position.

Collaboration is key in this role as you will build strong relationships with global and local Sonova partners manufacturers and service providers to ensure seamless product launches and effective supply chain management. Additionally you will work crossfunctionally to influence and lead teams driving successful category plans that enhance customer conversion rates. With an innovative mindset you will identify new product service and commercial opportunities to keep Boots Hearingcare ahead in the market.

Additionally you will lead and mentor a highperforming category team ensuring they have the skills knowledge and support needed to drive success in their respective areas. Your ability to influence crossfunctional teams negotiate with suppliers and work within a fastpaced retail and healthcare environment will be crucial to achieving the roles objectives.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in category or product management within a retail or healthcare environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and numerical skills to drive strategic decisionmaking.
  • Experience in developing pricing strategies promotional plans and business cases to support commercial growth.
  • Strong supplier management and negotiation skills with experience handling external contracts and relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate across different functions.
  • Project management experience with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A resultsoriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving category growth.
