Meet the team:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Test Engineer to join our team. The primary focus of this position will be to elaborate and execute design verification strategies for electrical products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical testing and a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements and a commitment to ensuring optimal product quality and customer experience.
Where you come in:
Collaborate with Systems Hardware and Firmware engineers to define product requirements and use cases.
Lead and execute verification strategies for major programs.
Design and implement costeffective test methods for electromechanical systems.
Create and maintain verification documentation including test plans protocols and reports.
Analyze test results using statistical techniques (ex. ttest ANOVA tolerance intervals) document findings accurately and provide improvement recommendations.
Seek opportunities to improve processes tasks test equipment and methods such as elimination of nonvalueadded activities or automation of tedious tasks and tests.
Develop and implement test methods for electrical systems including simulating actual product use conditions.
Design fabricate and troubleshoot test fixtures and equipment.
Implement test protocols and document results.
What makes you successful:
You have degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience with EMC IEC IEC 6060142 Radio Wireless Coexistence Testing methods
Knowledge of at least 1 scripting / high level programming language (ex. python C#
Capability to interpret regulatory framework and standards and apply them to product design and processes
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
You are a selfdriven technical leader with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated capability to lead and positively influence technical decisions considering both shortterm and longterm impacts.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline with 812 years of related experience or Masters degree with 57 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 24 years of experience.
