Job Description

Group FP&A Manager

Oxford Instruments is seeking a dedicated and experienced Group FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Group FP&A Manager you will be responsible for leading financial planning analysis and reporting activities while providing crucial Finance Partner support to key stakeholders in managing global functional financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting forecasting and longrange planning.
  • Consolidate and analyse financial data providing insights to senior management.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and inyear forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and distribute consolidated Group financial reports including insightful commentary and analysis.
  • Partner with senior management to develop new reporting templates and performance indicators.
  • Provide finance partner support to key stakeholders offering financial expertise and guidance.

Person Specification:Education / Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified accountant.

Professional Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience in financial planning analysis and reporting.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of financial modelling budgeting and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial systems Microsoft Excel Power BI and other financial software.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with Csuite stakeholders.
  • Proactive detailoriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

This role is a hybrid role with the main location being Tubney Woods Abingdon. We work from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and finish at 1:00 pm on Fridays allowing you to start your weekend early.
