As a Service Advisor you will own thecustomers experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status repairs and diagnostics. Wellversed in product offerings inventory needs technician scheduling and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answerservice calls set and confirmappointments
Writerepair orders
Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
Assistyour client through the service process.
Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability proper warranty processing and disclosure
Qualifications:
At least 2 years ofexperience
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Organized and friendly personality
Fantastic communication skills
Professional personal appearance
Team oriented and selfmotivated
Able to work with little supervision
Clean driving record
