Job Description
Location:Summit Park Communities Roxborough PA
Position Type:PartTime
UCH is seeking a motivated and responsibleBouncerto work in a fastpaced fullservice Clubhouse located in the heart of our community at Summit Park Apartments . We encourage our residents to Have Fun Where You Live and this role is critical in ensuring they can do just that!

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the safety and security of patrons and staff
- Check for valid IDs to ensure legal age & residency compliance
- Watch the crowd for altercations and/or unruly patrons or guests
- Address and deescalate conflicts professionally and respectfully
- Enforce venue rules and policies while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Assist in crowd control and ensure capacity limits are adhered to
- Protect company property and equipment from damage
- Assist bartender in stocking the bar as needed
- High School Diploma
- Background Check Required
- Personable and friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Prior experience in security crowd control or a related role is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
