In this role you;
- will have access to a variety of teams and projects. Working with Transport in Regional NSW youre ready to show up and make an impact on your local community.
- could be involved in upgrading your road network consulting on environmental plans to design a sustainable future for our people managing environmental impacts for various projects creating development and learning programs for our people or become part of the Regional Project Delivery team thats shaping the landscape of NSW.
- will have access to employee networks and structured learning and career development support throughout the program.
About you
The Cadet program is for people in their secondlast or final year of a university undergraduate degree. Get flexible paid work experience and kickstart a career in your study area.
Youll be placed in one team for the program duration where youll get exposure to various projects and build meaningful networks.
This is an up to twoyear program depending on whether you are in your secondlast or final year of study when you join. For example students in their secondlast year will enter a twoyear program.
