We are seeking a line cook to join our team! Our cooks are an integral part of our team and responsible for creating an amazing guest experience. This role will be primarily evening focused between the hours of 3pm and 11pm. Responsibilities - Execute all prep assignments quickly efficiently safely and according to the companys standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including tables shelves walls storage areas cooking and refrigeration equipment adhering to proper sanitation standards.
- Understand and consistently comply with our standards regarding portion size cooking methods and kitchen rules at all times.
- Prepare dishes on our menu according to restaurant recipes.
Qualifications - Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day.
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis.
- Ideally 1 to 5 years of experience cooking multiple stations in a professional table service kitchen.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with Kitchen Team Members and Kitchen Managers
- Obtain food safe certification if not already complete.
