We are looking for a
Working Student Corporate Responsibility (m/f/d)

We are the Corporate Responsibility Team a part of our People & Culture function passionate about making a meaningful social and environmental impact. Your Tasks
- Assist in the development and implementation of our Corporate Responsibility Roadmap and initiatives.
- Help coordinate Corporate Responsibility training sessions workshops and events.
- Contribute to the creation of internal communications and marketing materials related to Corporate Responsibility efforts.
- Support research and data collection on Corporate Responsibility metrics and employee engagement surveys.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote Corporate Responsibility best practices across the organization.
- Assist with administrative tasks and project management as needed.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Human Resources Sociology Psychology Business Administration Sustainability Management or a related field.
- Strong interest in Corporate Responsibility topics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English German is a plus.
