The role
As a Payroll Administrator your role is to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with policies awards and legislation. Youll handle routine payroll processing respond to employee inquiries and support service requests all while keeping employee records up to date. Your daytoday work will contribute to the smooth operation of payroll services ensuring entitlements are correctly recorded and payments are processed efficiently.
The challenge lies in managing highvolume workloads while delivering essential payroll services with accuracy and efficiency. Youll need to navigate multiple customer requests troubleshoot issues and escalate complex matters when necessary. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to best practices youll play a crucial role in improving processes supporting employees and keeping payroll operations running seamlessly.

What you will bring to the role
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
Solid time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Maintains meticulous attention to detail amidst highvolume workloads ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
Resilience and a positive attitude to persevere through obstacles and maintain productivity during challenging times.
Strong analytical skills to identify payroll discrepancies and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency.
Commitment to confidentiality and data security in managing sensitive employee information with integrity and discretion.
Key knowledge and experience (desired but not essential)
Understanding of records management principles and compliance requirements ensuring payroll data is stored securely and maintained in line with regulatory standards.
Proficiency in CM10 (Content Manager) for accurate recordkeeping retrieval and management of payrollrelated documents
Familiarity with confidentiality protocols in managing sensitive employee information within the records system.
Experience in tracking payroll transactions and changes while maintaining proper documentation for compliance and reporting
