Job Description
Location: Hams Hall
Salary: 70k
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

At Arvato we are on the lookout for a visionary Head of Solutions Design to spearhead our efforts in delivering tailored solutions for both new and existing customers. This pivotal role combines leadership innovation and strategic collaboration ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed client expectations.
Your Tasks:
- Leadership & Management: Inspire and mentor a talented team of solutions designers fostering a culture of excellence and innovation while driving alignment with company objectives.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive operations and the seamless integration of solutions that align with client needs.
- Innovation: Oversee the development of cuttingedge solutions within complex supply chains ensuring they adhere to industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Process Management: Guide all stakeholders including management and subject matter experts through the solution design process ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the highest quality standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all solutions are in line with industry regulations and internal company policies maintaining our commitment to excellence and integrity.
- Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams effectively representing client interests and promoting Arvatos capabilities externally.
- Manage Deliverables: Lead multiple work streams proactively managing risks issues and critical path tasks to ensure project success.
Your Profile:
- A strong academic background in Logistics Business Management or a related field.
- Significant experience in the design development and innovation of solutions within a relevant industry.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and developing highperforming teams.
- A consultative approach to client engagement with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Proficiency in modeling tools (e.g. calculation tools and AutoCAD) and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- A thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
