The position will support the Property Tax Manager in managing the full property tax cycle for real and personal property accounts within a large organization with multiple legal entities. Responsibilities include processing secured and unsecured tax bills assisting with welfare exemption and property tax filings and maintaining property assessments and jurisdictional tax details. The position involves tracking and monitoring jurisdictional deadlines for filings audits appeals mailing and payment dates. Additionally it includes researching tax issues reconciling data and working with local jurisdictions to verify calculations and methodologies. The position will also assist with property tax audits assessment reviews and participate in onsite inspections with local jurisdictions throughout California to support property taxrelated activities.Job Description:

Pay Range is $36.59 to $54.89 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
