Job Description

Hopkins Howard County Medical Center combines the convenience of a full range of hospital and wellness services more than 1000 affiliated doctors in nearly 100 clinical specialties award winning clinical excellence and membership in Johns Hopkins Medicine one of the countrys premier academic medical Clinical Pharmacist II Informatics plays a key role in enhancing and maintaining the Epic system and supporting clinical pharmacy services. This position focuses on improving workflows and processes to drive efficiency and cost savings. Responsibilities include monitoring medication lists reviewing medication cost reports investigating inventory issues and managing medications within order sets. The pharmacist also reviews Epic upgrade documentation and ensures smooth system updates. While the role does not provide direct patient care it supports patient care by enabling clinical teams to work more effectively. This position also monitors team productivity assigns work and provides input on performance reviews collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

Salary Range: Minimum54.59per hour Maximum90.15per will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
