Job Description

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) is seeking anIntegrated Logistics Support Administrator tosupport the Naval Surface Warfare CenterPhiladelphia Divisions Inventory Management requirements.
The selected candidate will work supporting the NSWCPD client to provide Hull Mechanical and Electrical Integrated Logistics Support for the Philadelphia Navy Yard. They will work alongside the InService Engineering Agents and stakeholders to support tasking maintaining NSWCPDs stored assets and ship distribution in support of Navy Modernization Process Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Track and maintain control of stored assets in several Philadelphia Navy Yard storage locations.
  • Inspect and track all incoming material that will be delivered to NSWCPD.
  • Coordinate logistical support of upgrade and replacement equipment with relevant stakeholders for modernization processes and field rework.
  • Monitor status of fleet components and prepare necessary shipments for rework.
  • Track and maintain navigational computer assets and prepare for field replacement.
  • Assemble maintenance kit elements to support shipyard installations.
  • Monitor the Navy Inventory Database and execute updates as required.
  • Maintain a tracker to alert Program Management and ISEAs of the status of inventory quantity and locations.
  • Be able to present a formal status of inventory shipments locations and assembled kits as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) is required for this position
  • Prior Navy service with experience in Logistics Support or related relevant experience
  • 57 years of experience with navy programs operations and logistics management
  • Experience with logistics programs such as NDE EWD and PMSMIS
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lift carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes. The exact weight requirements will be determined by the specific job but no less than 30 lbs.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and MS Project
  • Must be a capable of working within a team or individually
