Position Summary:
Maison dtude Academy is seeking a qualified and experienced Elementary & High School French Tutor to provide inperson academic support to high school students in Montreal QC. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background proven teaching or tutoring experience and the ability to inspire confidence and curiosity in their students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inperson oneonone tutoring in elementary & high school level French.
- Reinforce core concepts through targeted practice assignments and supplementary resources.
- Maintain ongoing communication with students families regarding progress and goals.
- Accurately log sessions and notes using our internal scheduling system.
- Support students in developing independent study habits and longterm academic skills.
Qualification:
- University degree in a relevant field (Education or French preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of tutoring or teaching experience at the high school level.
- Strong knowledge of Quebec curriculum standards in French.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
- Professionalism reliability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to provide inperson support in the Montreal area.
- Police background check required.
