Join Riverty as a Senior UX Designer to shape sustainable financial services with a humancentric approach. Collaborate internationally with UX UI service designers and UX writers supporting teams across Europe. Enjoy a hybrid work model with twiceweekly office presence and occasional travel for team gatherings.
As a Senior UX Designer report to the UX Team Lead Payments Core aiding crossdisciplinary consumer teams in crafting seamless user experiences across channels and touchpoints. Be responsible for optimizing the user interaction and overall experience with our services across all touchpoints and channels through conducting research creating wireframes designing prototypes and ensuring a seamless userfriendly experience that meets both user needs and business goals.
Your time will mainly be spent:
- Gathering and analyzing information needed to produce and motivate a certain design
- Producing artefacts through research and analyzing insights endtoend flows to guide users smoothly through a product or service wireframes and prototypes to test and improve the functionality and experience of a product
- Validating designs for intended effectiveness and analyze feedback and metrics for continuous improvement from the user experience
- Leveraging and contributing to the design system with highfidelity designs and UI components
- Collaborating closely with crossfunctional partners ensuring alignment with business initiatives
- Advocating and being a voice for our customers promoting a strong design culture and fostering a humancentric mindset
- Mentor junior designers and foster a usercentered design culture within the team
You will succeed in this role if you have the following skills:
- Bachelors degree in Design HCI or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in UX or product design preferably in consumerfacing products with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in conducting user research identifying user needs and translating them into intuitive and impactful design solutions
- Experienced in endtoend product design ensuring alignment with goals and constraints
- Skilled in creating wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs using Figma
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles information architecture and usability bestpractices with a focus on creating seamless user flows and intuitive interfaces
- Proficiency in usability testing gathering feedback and iterative design improvement
- Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills with crossfunctional teams with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for usercentered solutions
- Familiarity with agile methodologies with the ability to balance multiple projects and deliver highquality work in a fastpaced environment
Nice to haves:
We would be especially excited if you have any of the following (but were also excited if you come learn with us):
- Experience with financial services or fintech products
- Familiarity with product frameworks and development technologies
- Experience with B2B B2C and/or B2B2C products
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g. WCAG) and their application in design
- Previous leadership or team management experience
