We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect with a proven track record of 15 years in software engineering and technology leadership. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing developing and implementing robust scalable and innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the delivery of highquality systems while maintaining technical excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design & Development:
- Define design and implement scalable and secure technical architectures for enterpriselevel applications and systems.
- Oversee the integration of complex software systems across various platforms and technologies.
- Technology Leadership:
- Stay updated with emerging technologies frameworks and tools to ensure the adoption of best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with product managers business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Communicate technical strategies effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Code and System Reviews:
- Conduct detailed reviews of codebases system designs and architectures to ensure alignment with standards scalability and performance goals.
- Team Mentorship:
- Mentor and coach development teams fostering skill enhancement and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Lead efforts to standardize development processes methodologies and tools.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify assess and resolve technical risks and challenges during project lifecycles.
- Develop proofofconcepts (POCs) and prototypes for proposed solutions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in software engineering principles design patterns and best practices.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g. Java Python C# or others) and frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Handson experience in microservices architecture API design and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Familiarity with data architecture databases (SQL/NoSQL) and big data technologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
- 15 years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a technical architect role.
Relevant certifications in cloud technologies architecture or project management are a plus (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect TOGAF PMP).
