Summary/Objective
A Supervisor of Maximus Global Services is responsible for overseeing and ensuring daytoday operations. The Supervisors duties and responsibilities are to ensure their Leads Trainer and Agents are prepared for their operations with updated flight information equipment and personnel. Key components of this position are constant communication continuous proactivity and employee management.

Competencies
Supervisory Responsibility
This position supervises the team of passenger service agents at counter and gates.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional airport environment. The use of a company vehicle is required. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This position is very active and requires standing walking seating and driving. The employee occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a fulltime position. Typical days and hours of work varied shifts could change at any time.
Travel No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience

Security Clearance (if applicable)
Must be eligible for CBP seal and pass the criminal background check to obtain the airport ID.
