About the opportunity
Oversee and coordinate the delivery of highquality clinical care to residents
Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals including nurses and carers
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements including care plans documentation and reporting
Monitor and evaluate residents health conditions providing timely interventions and updates to families and medical teams.
Provide clinical leadership in the management of chronic conditions medications and pain management for elderly residents.
Promote a personcentered approach advocating for the wellbeing and dignity of each individual in care.

To thrive in this role you will have:
Excellent clinical time management organisational and communication skills with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
A compassionate flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring healthcare teams fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Indepth understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards within aged care ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Passion for driving best practices supporting staff development and fostering a culture of learning and improvement within the team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities maintain accurate documentation and ensure seamless coordination of care services.
You will also be required to provide evidence of or in the process of obtaining:
NDIS Clearance OR Application and recent police check
Valid work rights in Australia
