Job Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children Ethos Early Learning Center in South Boston is seeking a PartTime Support Staff Teacher to join our dedicated team.
About the Role
As a Support Staff Teacher you will provide crucial assistance across our infant toddler and preschool classrooms. Youll be a key team member ensuring the day runs smoothly and that all children receive the highestquality care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Float between classrooms as needed providing support to lead teachers.
- Assist in creating a safe nurturing and engaging environment for children.
- Support the team in daily routines including feeding diapering and facilitating activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and parents.
- Follow directions adapt quickly and contribute to a collaborative and positive workplace.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children younger than 3 years old in a childcare setting is required.
- Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program or a related field.
- A strong team player who is reliable and punctual.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both the team and families.
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and wellbeing.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various classroom settings.
Hours:
- Parttime Monday to Friday 12 PM to 6 PM
