Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk in Madera CA to assist with entering updating and maintaining accurate information in our systems. This is a temporary position that will continue until the completion of a specific project.
Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Madera CA
Pay Rate: $19.00 $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (until project completion)
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into internal databases and systems
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Review and correct data discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry or clerical experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand walk and/or sit for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and focus during repetitive tasks.
