Our Property & Casualty (P&C) Transformation practice helps insurance clients improve and transform their commercial specialty personal and Excess & Surplus businesses in areas such as operating model redesign capability assessment and roadmap design business process transformation technology and data enablement organizational design and postmerger integration. We work across the value chain across distribution products underwriting policy claims and billing.

Your key responsibilities
- Leadinglargescaleclient engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services. Drive highquality work products within expectedtimeframesand on manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Manage expectations of client service delivery.
- Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the clients business and P&C insurance industry.
- Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and onthejob feedback/coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive teamoriented work environment. Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization
- Generate new business opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop andmaintainlongterm client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs
- Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge. Possessin depthbusiness acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
- Understand/communicate complex insurance operational issues. Stay informed of and apply professional standards and firm policies

To qualify for thisroleyou must have
- A bachelors degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a masters degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of delivery experience working with multiple project teams
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with P&C insurance carriers specifically commercial and specialty line carriers in the areas of product policy underwriting and distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and managehigh level executive relationships
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams of business advisors through all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements definition process mapping business capability reengineering application mapping etc.
- Ability to research client inquiries andemergingissues including regulations P&C insurance industry practices and new application technologies
- Strong writing presentation conceptual analytical and interpersonal skills
- Travel to client site as necessary
Ideallyyoullalso have
- A degree in business accounting finance computer science engineering management information systems economics orrelated disciplines; MBA or MS degree preferred

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $148900 to $340200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $178700 to $386600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and geography. In addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our teamled and leaderenabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external client serving roles to work together in person 4060 of the time over the course of an engagement project or year.
