- Diagnoses and treats patients with mental emotional and behavioral disorders.
- Prescribes medications and other treatments to manage symptoms and improve mental health.
- Develops and implements treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintains accurate and uptodate medical records for each patient.
Education Requirement:
MD or DO required.
Licensure Requirement:
Ohio Medical License required.
Certifications:
Board certification in General Psychiatry required.

Experience:
- Three years of residency training in medicine neurology and general psychiatry with adults required.
- Two years of additional training in an accredited fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry required.
