We are often the first to reach an emergency during severe weather events and we are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works over the next 10 years.
Confluence Water delivers design construction maintenance and facilities management services which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

Role Overview: As a People & Culture Business Partner at Confluence Water you will play a critical role in shaping our companys culture and driving employee engagement development and retention. You will work closely with business leaders and teams to align people strategies with our organisational goals ensuring we attract retain and develop top talent while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
Location: Based at Chatswood with site presence across our footprint 12 days per week (drivers licence essential).
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership teams to design and execute people strategies that drive organizational performance and align with Confluence Waters values.
Lead and support talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent for diverse roles across the organisation.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations performance management and employee engagement.
Develop and implement programs focused on leadership development career progression and employee retention.
Support change management initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a positive employee experience during organisational shifts.
Analyze people data to identify trends opportunities for improvement and areas to drive organisational growth and / or improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees providing coaching conflict resolution and support as needed.
