Undertake secondary & tertiary sales in line with sales volume growth plan for mapped stockists & retailers.
Undertake daily visits & interactions as planned & updated ASM with regard to visits completed & sales achieved directly as well as ensure updation of the same in the system.
Support collections followup as required by ASM.
Forward requests for any special pricing & other terms for trade sales if required in specific markets to ASM for seeking further approval.
Obtain local market intelligence in terms of pricing schemes promotional campaigns products etc.& share with the management team. Set up biweekly/ monthly targets for the dealers and motivate them to achieve the same.
Ensure security credits for the vendors are cleared before the next dispatch in order to maintain good and healthy financial relationships with the vendors.
Understanding of competitions pricing and marketing strategies identifying opportunities for expanding companys sales network collaborating with competition brands by offering them various schemes and benefits extending logistics support organizing nation meets etc.
Channel Management
Plan out Journey Cycle Plan capturing the schedule of meetings with existing dealers to ensure wholesale rates are as per standards and competitors to discuss the scope of collaboration in order to expand companys sales channel.
Support Channel Partner Network expansion as required by ASM.
Identify and understand the challenges faced by the dealers and offer necessary measures for mitigating them.
Drive increase in market coverage by retailers through an increase in retailer counter share adoption of new products by retailers enrolling new retailers to cover areas with low presence
Maintain KYC updation for retailers. Maintain healthy equilibrium between new and existing dealers.
Pass details of customer complaints to the CTS / sales management team for further study & necessary corrective action.
Identify dealer potential and motivate them for wholesaling by judging them on the grounds of Involvement Investment and Infrastructure.
Liaising with multiple dealers in a district in order to maintain healthy markets and constant pricing.
Branding CTS & New Product Launch Activities
Provide local support as required for executing market development / GTM initiatives in the target areas identified by the team
Undertake CTS & branding activities as planned for the territory in collaboration with CTS & Branding teams to build awareness & promote technical capability of products offered to generate / convert leads for existing & new products
Drive demand for new product launch across mapped stockists & retailers as per plan
