SUMMARY OF POSITION
Kinsley Materials is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience by answering inbound calls collecting order details and entering accurate information into our order tracking system. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized reliable and thrives in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Collect and confirm key order information including material type quantity delivery details and job site location
- Accurately enter all order data into the internal order log system
- Communicate effectively with dispatch operations and sales teams as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service by resolving general inquiries and escalating issues appropriately
- Maintain organized call records and documentation
- Perform other related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a call center customer service or dispatch role preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers and data entry systems
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
