The Opportunity

The Business Process Optimization and Enablement (BPOE) team strategically identifies evaluates and drives optimizations within the Corporate Accounting Office (CAO) leaders across the org to enhance and scale key initiatives processes and operations. The CAO is responsible for Adobes global & technical accounting tax treasury compensation global procuretopay operations travel & expense deal desk pricing & revenue operations and reporting of Adobes financial results.

As a Sr. Business Process Optimization Program Manager you will be a key driver and catalyst to our organization and will ensure that highpriority initiatives projects/programs in the CAO are driven in a timely manner while achieving the desired business objectives. These improvements will contribute to making valuable contributions to business processes system improvements and optimization initiatives impacting crossfunctional and global teams.

What youll Do

  • Identify design implement and scale process and technology improvements to improve program organizations efficiency and productivity
  • Ability to understand the business strategic direction and translate it into functional and operational change and improvement plans
  • Consult and advise on optimizations and strategy/change strategy
  • Structures and leads integrated multitrack projects and/or programs of multiple projects and measures performance against program/project requirements
  • Collect business and technical requirements and frame debates and dialog to drive
  • May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement analysis improvement and control
  • Map and reengineer business processes to improve process performance and product quality
  • Provides purpose direction and motivation to the team and clarifies and communicates project/program objectives and success criteria
  • Ensures key project and programwide roles and responsibilities are defined and applies lessons learned from previous projects and ensures a positive collaborative work environment for the team
  • Responsible for ongoing partner satisfaction. Manages peerlevel relationships (expectations communications addressing issues feedback etc.. Develops relationships with and ensures the appropriate participation of key partners and executives
  • Support the program through Workfront as a Workfront Group Admin
  • Work with different MS tools Adobe Workfront and various ERP tools

What you need to succeed

  • Undergrad degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5 years of relevant experience (consulting experience preferred project management program management change management process optimization enablement)
  • Outstanding ability to program manage complex operations and lead teams through groundbreaking change initiatives optimizing global processes and programs
  • Ability to form relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization identify and align diverse perspectives and advise and influence senior partners
  • Superb judgment and integrity and ability to use critical thinking skills to break down sizable problems into meaningful pieces and leverage data to derive insights
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies as well as basic technical understanding to effectively communicate with technical teams
  • Demonstrate success in fastpaced complex and multifaceted environments rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Enthusiastic positive curious and creative attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Biased to action; driving decisions and deliverables with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Influential; forging relationships and communicating effectively and persuasively both internally and with partners
  • Outstanding presentation & communication skills (both verbal and written) including storytelling
  • Understands how to operate within an international team
  • MS tool Adobe Workfront ERP skills preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $98800 $192600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
