As a Product Owner Data (all genders) you play a key role in shaping and implementing datadriven solutions for our customers. You are responsible for defining and prioritizing requirements working closely with technical and business stakeholders and ensuring the successful implementation of scalable data products. Your expertise in data architecture analytics and agile methodologies enables you to develop highquality data solutions that create real value.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Product Ownership: You define and prioritize the requirements for Data & Analytics products in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders always keeping the overarching vision and strategy in mind.

• Backlog Management: You create and maintain the product backlog to maximize value for our customers.

• Technical Leadership: You work closely with other Product Owners Data Analysts Data Engineers and Data Scientists. Together you develop scalable and efficient solutions while leveraging synergies.

• Stakeholder Management: You translate business requirements into technical specifications and act as a bridge between business and IT teams.

• Quality Assurance: You ensure that developed solutions meet the highest quality standards and are continuously optimized.

• Agile Processes: You support the further development of agile methods within our team and ensure smooth collaboration. Experience with SAFe is a plus.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst or in a similar role within the Data & Analytics field.

• Strong technical understanding of data architecture data pipelines data warehouses data lakes and data lakehouses.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.

• Experience with dashboarding and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

• Familiarity with data modeling approaches based on Kimball and Inmon.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and common tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to various audiences.

• A structured analytical approach and strong problemsolving skills.

• Proficiency in SQL Python or other relevant data technologies.

• Fluent German and good English skills both spoken and written.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites (approximately 10 of working time.
