About the Internal medicine / family medicine physician role:
- Overseeing 2 nurse managers in primary care
- Oversee site nursing managers and the chronic care nurse manager by providing direct supervision to and coordination of daily expectations.
- Oversee Chronic Care Management and be the direct contact for the ACO
- Work with nurse managers in collaboration with site managers and other team members to plan organize and direct all nursing services within the Nursing Department
- will do budgeting policies staffing hiring and education and develop KPIs
