School Crossing Supervisor Casual Armidale Local Government Area

In this Role youll
Become a Road Safety Hero that is held in very high esteem in our communities and vital to the safety of our kids parents teachers and local motorists. Youll also grow to be a muchloved familiar face around the school with a unique opportunity to touch the lives of countless families.
This is a casual position which will provide relief at sites in the Armidale Local Government Area. Shifts may fall between the school zones hours 8.00 to 9.30AM and 2.30 to 4.00PM with a minimum of one hour shift as and when required Monday to Friday during the school term.
You will receive an hourly rate along with superannuation.
About you
Youre a community minded person who would like to contribute.
Youd get a kick out of making community relationships keeping kids safe whilst earning a weekly wage for doing something you love and enjoy.
Youre reliable and prepared to show up for your community in good or bad weather.
Youll display effective communication skills and be alert to potential dangers.

Applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of appointment. All training uniforms and equipment will be provided. And one more thing! As youll be working with children on our roads your willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check Reference Checks Police Check and a Health Assessment is vital. Dont worry if you havent done this before we will help you through the process! If you already have a Working with Children Check thats fantastic as that will speed up the process.
