Job Description:
Job Summary
This position supervises Package Handlers and trains develops and holds workgroups responsible for safety production and attendance. This position sets and maintains high standards for account productivity accuracy customer service organization communication cooperation and safety. This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times operating in full compliance with department station corporate and OSHA requirements.
Manages department resources to ensure maximum output accuracy and efficiency at all times.
Establishes and promote a positive teamoriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement proactive communication interdepartmental cooperation and continual improvement on all levels.
Implements employee personal development plans as required to ensure the continuing professional growth of department personnel.
Ensures all department employees receive specific and detailed orientation skills and safety training appropriate materials and information regular evaluations and proactive coaching to support their continued development.
Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fastpaced warehouse environment
Bachelors Degree or International equivalent Preferred
Management experience Preferred

Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S. an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $25.70/hr to $41.80/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and education/training and a candidates work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual shortterm and/or longterm incentive compensation programs subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
