Responsibilities

The Barista is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by providing prompt service quality beverages and products and maintain a clean and comfortable environment. The Barista adheres to Hard Rocks guiding Principles and Amplified Service Standards.

  • Anticipate guest and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and guest cues.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during highvolume periods.
  • Provide quality beverages and food products consistently to all guests by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards.
  • Deliver legendary customer service to all guest by acting with the guest always comes first attitude and connecting with the guest.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean environment for the guests.
  • Follow all Cash handling policies as outlined in the Cash handling Policy and Procedures.
  • Responsible for quality consistency and presentation of all products in the store.
  • Ensures prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Minimum High School Diploma/or GED education.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk distances.
  • The employee must frequently lift/push/pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions:

  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor you may be exposed to casinorelated environmental factors including but not limited to excessive noise.
