Conlan Tire is seeking a successful and driven Account Representative to pursue and cultivate new business relationships in the Jacksonville FL market. This position requires an enthusiastic positive attitude and the ability to change quickly to meet customer demands and market changes. Not only is this role financially rewarding it also provides an opportunity for future growth and career advancement within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
35 years experience selling commercial tires
Knowledge of commercial tires and retreading
Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
An aggressive and competitive nature to drive sales growth
The confidence to close a sale
Superior communication skills including listening and speaking/writing
College degree preferred but not required
Duties include but are not limited to:
Business to business sales of new tires as well as a full life cycle of retread and mobile repair services including precure and mold cured retread products
Creating work orders
Working with customers to help manage their inventory levels at shop and warehouse locations
Dropping off new inventory to customers and picking up tires that will be retreaded (larger inventory levels will be coordinated with a company driver)
Company vehicle or Vehicle Allowance and fuel card provided
