Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Compensation Strategy Development: Supporting the design and implementation of compensation strategies that align with the organizations goals including base pay incentive plans and equity options.
Consultation: Providing consultation to partners and/or clients on compensationrelated issues and offering strategies to meet their needs.
Data Analysis: Utilizing data analysis techniques to assess compensation data interpret patterns & trends optimize compensation systems and make informed recommendations for overall enhancements. Conducting research to understand current compensation trends and practices within the industry.
Policy and Compliance: Ensuring compensation practices comply with country federal state and local laws and regulations.
Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to Client and/or Job Alignment Job Evaluations and Pricing Organization Design Annual Merit Administration Salary Recommendations Project Management Process Improvement Salary Surveys and/or Retention Administration.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional with advanced interdisciplinary knowledge resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction. Supervisor: No
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 3 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
