  • Fulltime & continuing
  • HEW 5 $80199 $Superannuation (pro rata part time)

As a Student Adviser you will play a vital role in providing advice support and administrative services that enhance the student experience foster engagement and empower students to achieve success. As a Student Adviser you will be at the forefront of student support assisting students through a range of channels include phone email and face to face. As a Student Adviser you will:

  • Respond promptly to student queries ensuring needs are met and providing standard advice or referrals when needed.
  • Collect analyse and present information clearly to solve problems and meet audience needs.
  • Manage records track work progress and escalate key issues as necessary.
  • Contribute to process improvements share new ideas and suggest changes to improve practices.
  • Foster teamwork coach colleagues build positive relationships with stakeholders and model professional behaviours.

To be successful youll have:

  • Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience
  • An equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education and training.
  • Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service within large organisations with complex structures policies and procedures.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in highpressure diverse environments managing facetoface phone and written interactions with professionalism.
