The Job You Will Perform:
- Maintain a clean safety record and consistently demonstrate safe behaviors.

- Utilize proficiency in SAP for maintenance documentation planning and reporting.

- Support emergency repair needs with demonstrated success in critical situations.
- Apply advanced knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems to diagnose and address issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems at an intermediate level.
- Perform proficient welding tasks ensuring structural integrity and functionality.
- Execute intermediate motor control tasks including installation and maintenance.
- Understand and apply instrumentation fundamentals to monitor and calibrate equipment.
- Conduct advanced electrical troubleshooting for system repairs and diagnostics.
- Utilize advanced fabrication and manufacturing techniques to produce or repair components.
- Apply knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) fundamentals for equipment programming and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate boiler fundamentals knowledge for maintenance and operation.
- Dismantle repair and reassemble major units of operating equipment with precision.
- Order parts efficiently and ensure timely procurement for ongoing maintenance needs
- Consistently deliver highquality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Train and mentor team members sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Demonstrate selfmotivation and the ability to work efficiently and productively without supervision.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills guiding and supporting the team to achieve goals effectively.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical Journeyman or Technical/Vocation Certificate preferred
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) systems with advanced proficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with programmable motor controllers and logic devices.
- Design basic control systems to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
- Apply advanced electrical knowledge for diagnostics maintenance and repairs.
- Demonstrate intermediate expertise with discrete electronic devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair analog devices to maintain equipment performance.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on instrumentation systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Install and troubleshoot motor controls to optimize equipment performance.
- Advanced proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing motor controllers and logic devices.
- Ability to design and implement basic control systems.
- Advanced electrical knowledge for system diagnostics and repairs.
- Competence in troubleshooting and repairing discrete electronic devices.
- Strong skills in analog device troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to install maintain and troubleshoot motor controls.
- Proficient in instrumentation troubleshooting repair and calibration.
