The Opportunity
Join Liebherr Australia as an apprentice Mechanical Fitter so you can earn while you learn!
You will undertake a Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) gaining handson experience and mentoring from our highly skilled professionals. This 4year apprenticeship will equip you with the skills needed to become a qualified Mechanical Fitter.Our Apprenticeship Program offers comprehensive training and ongoing support empowering you to reveal and discover your full potential.

- Start Date: July 2025
- Location: Para Hills West facility featuring an onsite caf quarterly staff lunches and free parking
What you will learn as an Apprentice Mechanical Fitter
- Conduct detailed examinations of a massive range of mining equipment components using specialist tools and equipment
- Carry out the complete process of remanufacturing large mining components including disassembly condition assessment refurbishment assembly and testing
About you
- Passion for learning new things enthusiasm sense of pride high attention to detail
- Positive attitude problem solver and a high commitment to safety
- Drivers License and access to transport to and from the facility
- Completed year 11 before January 2025
- Full working rights in Australia
- Certificate II or preapprenticeship course in a relevant field (highly desirable)
