Salary Grade:Business Grade 11/BG11

Salary/Compensation:Tulsa PublicSchools existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or and years of credible service. Additionally our board of education recently approved salary & benefit increases for qualifying positions. We are currently in the process of updating job descriptions and accompanying salary information.

Position Summary:The director of talent services is responsible for the provision of essential talent services to all schools including staffing and placement employee services and access to workforce analytics. Support principal supervisors and school leaders through leadership of Talent Strategists with developing sound workforce plans to recruit and acquire talent maximize retention efforts and improve employee support. Analyze and forecast student and educator needs. Support the improvement of school leader talent management practices specific to planning branding sourcing recruiting selection and placement


Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Human ResourcesIndustrial/OrganizationalPsychology Leadership Education Management Education
Leadership Education Policy or related field required
Masters degree preferred
Experience:
Five 5 years of experience working in human resources talent/human capital
management or organizational development.
Three 3 years experience as a leader and manager of projects programs
departments or school buildings; experience should include utilizing management
techniquescommunications planning analytics etc.
School district experience is a plus.
Specialized Knowledge Licenses etc.:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
