The Client & Market Growth (CMG) team is MinterEllisons high performing national business development function. The team supports the Partnership to achieve its strategic objectives through developing and executing on the full spectrum of business development and marketing initiatives. This work is a critical component to the firms success and ensuring the firm maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients.

The Role
A fantastic opportunity exists in Adelaide for a Market Growth Manager to develop and lead the implementation of client account management business development activities and integrated marketing campaigns that support the firms growth ambitions.
This role supports the Adelaide Office Managing Partner (OMP) and Partner group across all of the firms lines of business collaboration with the national CMG team lawyers consultants and clients across all levels of seniority.
This role is client driven with significant Partner interaction and coaching in support of the growth plans in place. This will include:
