We are in search of a selfmotivatedindividualto join our fastgrowing and dynamic team.
Whatyoullbe doing:
The responsibilities of this position will vary but primarily focus on warehouse and inventory managementfor ourHoustonoffice.The expectation for this employee isthat this personwill be in the office every MondayFriday12:30 4:30PM(hours can be flexible).We are looking for someone who is extremely professional and courteous as this individual will be dealing with customersvendorsand fellow employees.
This position is one we hold in high regardtoprovidethe level ofserviceexcellenceour customersexpect anddeserve.Specific duties to include:
- Receive all delivered equipment daily in accounting software.
- Workeffectivelywith Project Managersto stage receipts for jobs.
- Organize andmaintaina cleanefficientand presentable warehouse.
- Coordinate all outboundcouriershipmentsand job site deliveries.
- Manage equipment returns(credit)and repairs.
- Oversee warehouse inventory and distribute stock for projects as needed.
What you bring to the table:
- Associatesdegreeor equivalent degree orexperience.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Customer Serviceexperiencepreferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word Exceland Outlook.
- Experience with various shipping software platforms UPSWorldShip and FedEx(preferred).
- Understanding of freight scheduling.
- International shipping knowledge and documentation (preferred).
Additional Skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers vendorsand to those within the company.
- Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers coworkersand other personnelat all times.
- Commitment to integrity andCompanyStandards and Procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy isa mustand ability to handle confidential information.
