We are looking for a motivatedworking student (m/f/d)to support ourServiceNow Development and Support Team.
Start Date:Immediately
Working Hours:1520 hours per week with the option to increase during semester breaks
Work Model:Flexible hybrid or fully remote
Your exciting tasks will include:
Processing ServiceNow enduser tickets
Creating documentation process descriptions work aids and manuals
Participating in ServiceNow development tasks after completed training and onboarding
Supporting ServiceNow development projects (technology processes)
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
- Excellent communication skills in German and English both written and spoken as well as proficiency in MS Office are required
- IT affinity and enthusiasm for gathering new information continuously learning and delving into IT topics and applying this knowledge in daily work
- Ideally knowledge of the ServiceNow platform its functions and applications
- Your core attributes include a structured way of working quick comprehension skills and a handson mentality
