TheIndustrial Mechanicis responsible for the care maintenance and continued operability of the facility and all associated equipment in accordance with quality specifications federal guidelines and company policies.
Accountabilities:
The ideal candidate for this role will have field experience working in a mechanical capacity preferably in a manufacturing and/or food manufacturing role. It is imperative that candidates must also be coachable and willing to learn new skills. A strong candidate for this role will also be able to work successfully with various moving mechanical parts food fumes airborne particles extreme cold extreme heat and loud noise levels.This role works AM shift from 6AM6PM or PM shift from 6PM6AM on a 223 schedule.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent 2year technical college/associates degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years working in a mechanical capacity required experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of food processing equipment strongly preferred
- Electrical and mechanical knowledge PLC programming experience and robotics preferred
- Experience working with variable speed drives servo controls process controllers preferred
- Basic metal working tig welding metal fabrication skills preferred
- Experience with lath mill sheer brake and iron worker a plus
Skills:
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Ability to read comprehend and communicate in basic English independently and interact with all levels of the organization independently
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form independently
- Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions with minimal guidance
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

We are currently offering a $5000 Signon bonus for this role!
Compensation Package:$28.00 40.12USD hourly bonuseligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education/training and other organizational needs.
