What You Will Do:
- The Technology Consulting Director in Guidehouses (practice)will work in building an engineering team in the development of innovative software solutions.
- Create and deliver impactful results in Data Migration Framework BigDB (custom NoSQL) framework Enhanced Search framework
- Skilled in strategic planning project management and team leadership with a proven track record of delivering highquality products.
- Streamlined engineering processes from requirements through delivery
- Built dynamic and performing engineering teams across multiple centers
- Implementation of a Supervisory Compliance application to ensure adherence to regulations streamlining compliance processes and mitigating risk (could be in Finance/Banking or Healthcare) industries
- Solution offerings that meet market demands creating new solutions establishing guidelines common protocols and identifying opportunity that work with multiple customers
- Solution building ability to understand customer solutions solution development solution to planning
- Guiding monitoring teams to delivery promised solutions to outcomes
- Identifying and implementing overall program improvements for clients
- Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching
What You Will Need:
- Experience in launching engineering technology projects
- Critical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to clients management technology and operational challenges
- 20 years minimum of experience in technology
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Masters in Engineering or Advanced engineering degree (or equivalent)
- Experience facilitating meetings and public speaking with large groups
