About the Role
Based at our Perth Branch LiebherrAustralia is seeking an experienced coordinator to provide dedicated support to the Liebherr mining aftermarket team within Australia specifically in all sales and service activities and to include the daytoday operational administration requirements of the division crossing over multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to
- Updating data bases and generating reports
- Assisting the National Team Leader Product Support Components Division with all relevant Service & Remanufacturing administrative tasks
- Raising Job cards Sales Repair and Purchase Orders
- Invoicing of Service Jobs
- Processing of Expense claims
- Assist Service Manager in compilation of quotations and other required documentation
- Maintain site access requirements
- Process travel bookings
- Work together with Service Supervisor to forecast induction requirements for upcoming jobs
- Assisting with Customer queries
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field
- Previous experience in in Business or a related field
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Identification and resolution of potential issues
- Experience in BAAN/LISA (desirable)
