Counter sales
Our Auto Value store of Newberry MI is currently seeking a person for a Full Time local Counter Sales position. This is an instore sales/customer service position with many training opportunities for advancement.
Job Description:
A Counter Sales position is the front line sales positions for all of our AutoWares Company Stores. We are looking for energized personalities with outstanding communication skills. Planning for your success Auto Wares arms all Counter persons with multiple training opportunities and other tools to ensure that they are providing the best service to our customers. This is a Full time position 8am430pm and 10am 3pm. . This includes weekend availability. Must have min.12 months of automotive experience. This job includes looking up parts for customers inventory counts and light stocking. Must have valid DL for deliveries if needed.
Responsible for store customer service through:
Customer Satisfaction: Attitude and Focus

Processing Returns Promptly and Accurately (No Hassles)
Work with Delivery System for Top Notch Service.
Notify Manager of any Problems with Customers
Maintain Store Appearance (Clean & Organized)
Help Train Less Experienced Team Members.

Qualifications
Valid Drivers License
No Major Violations and only one minor violation in last three years.
Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
Pass Physical & Drug Screen
Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
Preferred Experience in Automotive Car Care
